1. Age Requirement

Whimly is for users 18+. Contact us at whimlyservices@gmail.com if you believe a minor is using the Service.

2. What We Collect

• Camera & Mic: Peer-to-peer only via WebRTC. Never stored on our servers.
• Location: Approximate city/region/country for matching. Not stored after session.
• Gender & Interests: Session only. Deleted when you close the page.
• Chat Messages: Relayed in real-time. Never logged or stored.
• Payments: Processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

3. How We Use It

• To match and connect you with other users
• To process Premium payments
• To detect and prevent abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

4. No Recording

Video and audio go directly between users via WebRTC. Our servers never receive or store your streams.

5. Third Parties

• ip-api.com: Location detection
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Google Fonts & STUN: Fonts and WebRTC connection setup

6. Your Rights

You may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or PIPEDA. Email whimlyservices@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
